In fact I tried to reinstall the "Toshiba Recovery Media Creator", but it fact I do not why it was uninstalled and then after CD-DVD Driver is working properly. Reply C. Only thing I haven't done yet is make the registry keys Read Only after removing the Upper and LowerFilters to prevent them from being written in again. Followed steps right through anyway and nothing. In other words Toshiba put in a program to run your DVD and it crashes your DVD if you upgrade to Win 10.
