I'm not sure what the problem was honestly. I just UN-installed Silverlight, and I no long have the error at shutdown. Ok, the program in question was not bought, I downloaded it through a torrent site, but the point is that what prompted me to download this program is the fact that Yes, GeForce Experience most likely has to do with it too. check over here

No good will come of Microsoft's ignorance. I did a restore and that update was removed and so was this CMD.EXE problem. Now today, meanwhile something has happened, although I cannot remember having changed any Windows settings (in spite of UAC), nor have I added or removed any programmes!
