Action #1: Unregister C:\Program Files ......\QuickTest Professional\bin\AQTRmtAgent.exe -unregserver Action #2: Reregister C:\Program Files ......\QuickTest Professional\bin\AQTRmtAgent.exe -regserver That should take care of it. Unistall QC Explorer Uninstall all QC Add-ins Reinstall QC Explorer Run QC Explorer and make sure to Run as administrator Upon completing this process, QC 10.0 runs correctly. The same issue we faced for all memebrs in the team.

When I now try to run my smoketest, QC is giving me the error "class not registered" when I try to 'run all tests'. Solved! One last suggestion: Check the following Browser configuration is set:Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Settings:Set "Check for newer versions of pages" to "Every time I visit the webpage"Close When an update is applied, you get the same screen with 2-3 guages.
