Thanks a million! Definitely 64-bit and Windows 8.1 when we first got it (we didn't have to upgrade from 8 ourselves). Been trying to get this to work for months. Were you ever able to figure out what the issue was? 412 normally means some form of issue enabling the VPN adapter.
