Any ideas? his comment is here Covered by US Patent. I then downgraded back to Windows 8.1 and uninstalled the Cisco VPN client and the re-upgraded back to Windows 10. Worked a treat I had just done a Win7 to 10 upgrade had to do the regedit works ..

Windows 8.1 Full Backup Prior to Windows 10 Upgrad... You seriously rock! Keep you informed... I tried getting it directly from Citrix and installing it that way but was unsuccessful.
